Burial Services

Below are some of the different styles of funerals offered by Bayside Funeral Services. The packages below include an entry level coffin, but others are available to choose from.

Private Burial Service $1,595.00 Plus Cemetery Fees and coffin

No provision is made for a funeral service or attendance of mourners at any point of the funeral. The Funeral Director will arrange for the private burial of the deceased.

 

This service includes the following:

    • Funeral Arrangement Conference in the comfort of your home
    • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our mortuary facilities
    • Death Certificate
    • 5 Certified Copies of Death Certificate
    • Staff to carry out the service in a dignified and meaningful manner
    • Basic coffin

Other costs:

Viewing prior to burial – $475.00

 

 

Burial Service (Graveside) 

This type of service involves a single service at the graveside with the funeral directors and mourners in attendance.

  • $1995.00 – Professional Service Fee
  • $0420.00 – Clergy or Celebrant – Average
  • $0,675.00 – Regal Coffin, Silver Trim
  • $0,065.00 – Death Certificate From Births, Deaths & Marriages
  • $3,155.00 – Total Estimate – Plus cemetery fee

  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our care
  • 5 Certified Copies of Death Certificate
  • Coffin – Regal with silver Trim
  • Death Certificate

  • Casket Spray                            $275.00 – Roses, Carnations, Daisies, Natives or Mixed Seasonal
  • Paper Notice                            $420.00 – Courier Mail or Regional Papers – Average
  • Orders of Service                    $   2.00 – Each – Full Colour
  • Catering                                    From $10.00 to $19.00 per head depending on menu
  • Dove Release                           Average is approximately $180.00
  • Butterfly Release                    $160.00 – 6 x Individual Butterflies
  • Hearse                                      $575.00

 

 

Burial Service (Single Venue such as church or chapel)

This type of service involves a single service at a church, chapel or other meaningful location including the family home, followed by a private burial that is organised by Bayside Funerals.

  • $1995.00 – Professional Service Fee
  • $420.00 – Clergy or Celebrant – Average
  • $0,675.00 – Regal Coffin, Silver Trim
  • $0,065.00 – Death Certificate From Births, Deaths & Marriages
  • $3,155.00 – Total Estimate – Plus Cemetery Fee

Burial Service (Dual Venue such as church or chapel then graveside committal)  

This type of service involves a service in a church or other meaningful location including the family home, followed by the committal service at the graveside.
